William Hall and his partner Arlo Brown, both
veteran search professionals in Japan, founded Evander Group in 2016
to provide quality executive recruitment solutions to clients and to bridge

half Japanese, half Australian, and Brown is half Japanese, half
American. Both were born and raised in Japan, graduated
from the American School in Japan (ASIJ), and attended universities in the
United States, before returning home to Japan to build successful
