Peter Fischer is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Consent Unternehmensberatung GmbH, an Austrian executive search and HR consulting firm with a heritage dating back to 1974.
He brings over 25 years of experience in leadership advisory and recruiting, with a strong focus on executive and C-level placements across industries such as IT, telecommunications, finance, and production.
Holding an MBA from the University of Warwick (UK) and with a background in communications engineering, he combines strategic acumen with technical understanding. His approach is direct, pragmatic, and focused on results—defined by personal involvement, speed, and consistently high quality standards.
Operating out of Vienna, he leads Consent’s executive search activities across the DACH region, supporting companies in securing the right leadership at the right time.

Neil has over 20 years experience as a professional recruiter and has been with Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions since 2009. During his time at Pivotal he has successfully built the Permanent Recruiting Division and has been actively involved in the daily operations of the business. Neil primarily recruits for senior and executive level Finance and Accounting positions and works with clients in a variety of industries across Canada. The rest of the team at Pivotal focuses on mid to senior level Supply Chain, Operations, and Human Resources positions.

Jerry Chang graduated from Kellogg-UST eMBA program, was a qualified and practicing Chartered Accountant in Australia and a Certified Public Accountant in the US. Jerry Chang has over 25 years of executive search experience in Asia. He has worked in Sydney, Los Angeles, Shanghai and currently managing Barons’ Hong Kong/China office. He was trained from BIG 4 accounting firm Deloitte & Touche and eventually moved into a commercial role taking up senior positions like CFO, General Manager in both multinational and domestic corporations. Most of all, truly understands the human resources issues and challenges confronted by foreign corporations operating in Hong Kong and China. His previous experience covers corporate restructuring, corporate financing, pre IPO work, China consumer products, and management consulting.

Mr. Chang was the past co-president of the Kellogg Hong Kong MBA alumni club, the past president of Diocesan Boys School Old Boys Association, and the past president of DSOBA Charitable Foundations Limited.

In 2005, his last leadership role at Expedia covered Southern Europe and the Middle East.

Before establishing Simple Search Jūratė had been working as a senior consultant in several executive search companies in Lithuania for more than 15 years. Prior to entering the consulting business, Jūratė had held positions of Head of Human Resources in several international companies and had been a management member, also responsible for organizational development. Jūratė is an active member of the HR community in Lithuania and is often addressed as a key opinion leader in the field of executive recruitment.

Thierry Goder is the CEO of Alentaris Ltd, one of the leading recruitment agencies in the region. He studied Law and Human Resources and has also an engineering background. He has been involved in recruitment assignments for Government bodies, International NGO’S and private sector organisations in Mauritius and abroad. He has supported various Ministries and Government Agencies as a Facilitator on Interview Panels. Dr. Milton Rosario holds a Ph.D. and Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with executive education from Harvard, Wharton, and EGADE. He is certified in Change Management and Six Sigma. Currently, he leads the executive search firm Joseph Gamache and co-founded The OD Consulting Group.

Previously, he was General Manager at BD for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and held senior HR roles at BD and Johnson & Johnson across Latin America.

His industry experience spans healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, consulting, and pharma. He also served as HR Director at El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico and worked at Lilly and Filtertek. Achraf Iraqi is a Partner at Aston Associates. Since 2008, Achraf has successfully conducted many placements for senior and executive-level positions in North, West Africa and the Middle East. Achraf has started his career in Paris with Accenture, where he has participated and led a various projects within the Financial Services division, including a large scale of M&A projects and IT Transformation programs. Stef graduated in Electrical Engineering. His career developed from inside sales, account management, sales management, marketing management to managing director and has been an entrepeneur in Executive Search for more than 15 years. He has worked in the areas of HVAC, industrial and process automation, electrical engineering, industrial safety and power generation. Having lived and worked in the USA, Belgium and France and experience in managing cross-border teams in EMEA he has multilingual skills and a good understanding of the finesses of different business cultures. His free time is spend with his family on his boat and he is a fanatic race-sailor.

In 2022, he made a strategic career shift into Executive Search, joining AdQualis as General Manager of the Executive Search division. Jordi brings deep business and leadership expertise, along with a strong professional network, which enables him to deliver high-impact talent solutions and navigate the evolving challenges of headhunting and executive recruitment.
He is also a passionate writer and published author. His latest book, “The Practical Marketing Guide: All You Need to Succeed as a Marketeer”, is already in its second edition. Beyond his professional life, Jordi is a devoted foodie and enjoys a vibrant family life with his three children.

Petra has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting for senior positions and specialists in both the private and public sectors. Petra has a background in sales and experience as a self-employed for 20 years, consultant and in executive search.

Mehdi Loudiyi is a Partner at Aston Associates International. Since 2008, Mehdi has successfully conducted many placements for Executive-level positions in the MENA Region. Mehdi has started his career in Paris in 2002 with a major headhunting firm specialized in Investment Banking and ICT. Mehdi holds a Master in International Business from INSEEC Lyon.

He has worked for two market leading firms, Michael Page and Odgers Berndtson before then working in a small generalist executive search boutique. Graham has worked in search and selection for over 20 years now with experience recruiting at all levels in a wide range of market sectors and across most business functions.
